Justin Houlé was born and raised on Mercer Island, WA and currently resides in the golf course community of Sahalee with his wife, Karli, and daughters, Emily (6) and Grace (2). His education includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University where he was a student athlete on the football team. He later went on to earn a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Despite being raised around the construction business with his father’s successful construction and real estate development business, he started his career as a Broadcast Sales Executive for a Fortune 500 Company in Seattle, WA. After 7 years in the corporate world, he wanted to follow his father into the construction business and enrolled at the University of Washington to earn a degree in Construction Management. Upon graduation, he was hired by Murry Franklyn which is headquartered in Bellevue, WA. Justin quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted from Assistant Superintendent, to Superintendent, to Plat Manager and before leaving was overseeing 52 homes in various phases of construction on the Redmond plateau. He later left Murry Franklyn and fulfilled his goal by being hired to work for his father’s company, Kensington Development, and from start to finish completed luxury homes and remodels in West Bellevue, Mercer Island and Suncadia.
In 2009, Justin started All Seasons Development and his been building new custom homes as well as taking on complicated remodels ever since.
